Ron Tremblay
Position: President and Director

A 25-year industry veteran, Mr. Tremblay brings significant financial and management experience to Levon Resources. He was appointed President of Levon in October, 2006. In that time he has been instrumental in revitalizing the company by obtaining additional funding and spearheading new exploration. Mr. Tremblay is a registered broker with 12 year's experience.

 
Louis Wolfin
Position: CEO and Director

Mr. Wolfin's career in management and finance spans more than forty years and includes notable achievements in exploration and mine development. He founded Levon Resources in 1984 and directed the company through its many gold discoveries at the Congress property. He also developed the Avino Mine in Mexico, the Bralorne Mine in British Columbia and the valuable Robertson gold project in Nevada.

 
Vic Chevillon
Position: Director

M.Sc., C.P.G. who was appointed to the Board of Directors. Mr. Chevillon is a consulting exploration geologist with 36 years of exploration experience working with major mining companies within the U.S. including Noranda, Homestake, Placer Dome and Barrick Gold. He has held key exploration roles in Placer Dome's (Barrick) Gold Mines, Nevada, conducted a geologic assessment that lead to the Getchell Gold Mine acquisition and exploration assessment of Bald Mountain Gold Mine, now being realized by Barrick Gold. Mr. Chevillon was involved in the Noranda acquisition at New World, Montana and developed an exploration model at the Blackbird deposit, Idaho.

 
Lisa Sharp, CFO

Lisa Sharp is a Certified General Accountant with over 15 years of senior management experience working with both private and public companies in a variety of industries. Ms. Sharp's experience encompasses financial and regulatory compliance, private placement financings and U.S. Filings. Most recently Ms. Sharp has been the Chief Financial Officer of a technology company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.

 
David Wolfin
Position: V.P. Finance and Director

President of Avino Silver & Gold Mines, David began as a geologists' assistant doing field work in 1986 and later worked in a variety of mining-related capacities. Over the last five years, he has been instrumental in financing, investor relations and overall management for Levon and a number of related companies.

 
William C. Glasier
Position: Director

Mr. Glasier was instrumental in development of the Bralorne Mine, particularly with regard to permitting. He provides financial and resource consulting for a number of public companies, and his primary expertise lies in finance and project management.

 
Florian Reidl-Reidenstein
Position: Director

With more than 30 years' experience in corporate finance and international banking, Mr. Riedl-Riedenstein provides Levon with valuable exposure and counsel regarding foreign investment. He specializes in the funding of resource companies and offers extensive experience in, and knowledge of, the mining industry.

 
William D. Love
Position: Director

Vice President Business Development of Sage Gold Inc. Corporate finance specialist and geologist. Mr. Love has worked as an exploration geologist in a variety of gold and base metal occurrences throughout Canada. He was also active in the brokerage industry as an investment dealer in Canada and London, England. Mr. Love has spent the last fifteen years as a Corporate Advisor in financial and geological capacities with a variety of resource and technology companies.

 
Gary Roberston
Position: Director

A Certified Financial Planner, Mr. Robertson has worked in the financial industry for the past 20 years. He presently serves on the board of several private companies as well as on the board of six Canadian junior gold mining companies including Bralorne Gold Mines Ltd., Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd., Coral Gold Resources Ltd., Mill Bay Ventures Inc., Levon Resources Ltd. and Sage Gold Inc.

 
Mimy Fernandez-Maldonado
Position: Corporate Secretary

Mimy Fernandez-Maldonado has over nine years corporate and management experience in public companies and has worked in the mining industry since 2005. As Corporate Secretary, her main responsibilities include communications with the board of directors, corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining the company., she was the Corporate Secretary of Leisure Canada Inc., X-Tal Minerals Corp. and La Mancha Resources Inc. Ms. Fernandez-Maldonado is a member of the Canadian Society of Corporate Secretaries and is fluent in English and Spanish.
